I do not work for Ancestry, I am only an affiliate which is kinda like advertising for them. If you took an Ancestry DNA test in March, you should have definitely heard back from the company. They have a hotline number and it is as follows:

I tried to order the 69 DNA kit from your web site last night but it errors out twice. If this offer is still available I would like to do it
